Job Description:

This position will be responsible for maintaining smooth operation of technical infrastructure for ICF’s omnichannel contact centers.  The position will involve participation in an on-call rotation and will be required to support a variety of hardware platforms and software applications. Occasional late-night work is also required. Contact Center Support personnel function in a rapidly changing, busy environment to support the needs of a diverse population of internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be equally at home supporting desktops, servers, networks, phones and software applications.  The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and be accustomed to working with sensitive data types, as well as have a security-first mindset when designing new solutions.  This position will encompass a variety of duties and is perfect for the individual seeking the opportunity to expand their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform System Administration activities to include account management, monitoring and management of system resources (CPU, memory, disk, etc.), monitoring and auditing system logs, back-up and recovery, continuity of operations, security, and managing operating systems.
  • Contact Center Support (both at a desktop level and at a system level):
    • Respond to SMS and email alerts on system health
    • Accept telephone and e-mail requests directly from contact center staff as well as support requests through a ticketing system
    • Perform pro-active monitoring of systems including servers, circuits, applications, and network components. 
    • Resolve issue if possible without escalation
    • Collaborate with external support vendors as needed
    • Perform application and system patching and upgrades
  • Other projects as assigned.  Including, but not limited to the following:
    • Capacity planning/capacity data gathering
    • IIS administration including URL redirects & certificate maintenance for secure websites
    • Researching and implementing new technical solutions
    • Performing and maintaining system inventories
  • SAN administration
  • Blade server administration
  • Scanning and system hardening/remediation
  • VMware and Hyper-V management
  • Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree 
  • Current moderate-level IRS clearance or ability to obtain

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Familiarity with SQL Server 2019 and/or 2022
  • Familiarity with Windows Server 2019 and/or 2022
  • 1+ years’ experience configuring backup servers and repositories and performing backups and restores, preferably with Rubrik
  • Managed Group Policy Objects (GPOs) throughout Active Directory (AD) enterprise
  • Linux server administration experience
  • NICE CXone experience
  • IIS web server management and support
  • Microsoft SharePoint experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in server or network support
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting Windows Server 2019 or 2022 and good comfort level with PowerShell scripting
  • 1+ year experience with Active Directory management

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$51,333.00 - $87,267.00
