Survey Research Analyst
Are you intellectually curious, detail orientated, and interested in starting a career in survey research? We are looking for professionals with public health, social and behavioral science, and/or survey research experience to join our team!
ICF is seeking a Survey Research Analyst to join our Survey Research Team. Home to a talented community of survey researchers, we build robust solutions for government, university, and commercial clients. We have the largest and most extensive history in conducting the CDC’s behavioral risk factor surveillance surveys (BRFFS), youth risk behavior surveys (YRBS), and other surveys at the national, state, community, and cross-international level; data coordinating and statistical support services; as well as internationally renowned transformative projects such as the Demographic and Health Survey.
This is a great position for a junior or mid-level professional who will join our team on-site at our Rockville, Maryland office location.

What you will do:
Research and evaluation tasks, such as:
-Data entry and cleaning
-Processing and preparing outgoing and incoming study documents
-Assisting with preparing written reports or other deliverables
-Survey instrument testing
Supervision of remote data collectors
Qualitative tasks such as focus group and interview note taking or arranging logistics
Preparing procedural documentation
Conducting and answering calls and e-mails from study participants
Assist with internal and external meeting tasks such as logistics, notetaking, and material preparation
Perform quality assurance checks on data, reports, and presentations
Support proposal development activities as requested
Strong interest in survey methodology and data collection
What you will need to have:
Minimum 2-year professional degree or equivalent years of working experience or a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a customer service, call center, or social research role.
