Sr. Program Manager
ICF’s IT Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology driven department, seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to join an established ServiceNow implementation team.
This ICF ServiceNow team currently supports a federal client providing multiple Agile delivery workstreams with a focus on Governance and the applications of best practices to enable the Agency’s Centers and Offices to enhance, maintain and host applications on the enterprise platform. The program consists of teams implementing and maintaining multiple ServiceNow modules and products, as well as strategic directions, governance support, and human-centered design support.
The Sr. Program Manager will lead an established team supporting a federal client with the implementation of multiple task orders with varying Appian development scope to meet the individual customers’ mission. The candidate will be responsible for oversight of cost, scope and schedule across workstreams and task orders.
Provide project management for complex IT solutions, focusing on resolving business challenges through technical implementation
Manage project scope and deliverables against available budget
Partner with Business Leaders and Product Owners to influence and develop Product Visions and Roadmaps informed by End-User feedback and experience
Oversee risk management and the development of mitigation strategies as well as coordinating strategies across multiple teams and senior leadership
Leads team of Task Order Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, developers, and testers to deliver customer requirements
Leverages PMI best practices for project delivery
Forges strong, collaborative relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders across business and IT peers, leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of ten years of relevant, IT experience with a focus on IT Program and Operations Management.
Three or more years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
7 years of experience collaborating with stakeholders on business process improvements.
7 years experience defining and delivering systems’ support strategy, including business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
US Citizens or Green Card Holders required (3+ consecutive years living in the US) required due to federal contract requirements.
