Software Delivery Manager
Software Delivery Manager , West Region, Utility Programs and Services Division
ICF is looking for an Software Delivery Manager to lead and grow our energy business within the Western region of the Utility Programs and Services Division. ICF is growing and we need an experienced project manager and leader with a technical background to take us to the next level. We partner with our clients across North America to provide program design and delivery support for energy programs, including technical/engineering expertise, program management, IT and marketing solutions, and call center and rebate services. A number of these programs have been recognized with awards from ACEEE, AESP, SEPA, Chartwell, and others. ICF is seeking an Software Delivery Manager to work within a dynamic and highly innovative team environment. This position requires experience with technology implementation, project oversight, client management, and team management. This Software Delivery Manager will help deliver our services with utilities and other program implementers, such as PG&E, SCE, SoCal Gas, SDG&E, SMUD, and more.

Develop an understanding of the client processes and procedures and assist with making improvements relative to technology
Work with a team of senior technologists and to deliver solutions for utility clients
Track scope and changes throughout implementation, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in a relevant industry or consulting environment
3+ years of experience leading a team
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office products, such as Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and personal skills, both verbal and written
Strong experience managing and delivering projects with multiple dependencies with cross-functional teams
Experience in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors
Familiarity with IT standards
Familiarity with SaaS offerings
Experience with JIRA
Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership to set and manage realistic program goals and metrics
Knowledge of California energy efficiency and distributed resources is a plus
