ICF Next is one of the leading integrated communication agencies in Europe, specialising in large-scale events and campaigns across the European Union. We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to fill the position of Social Media Expert for one of our clients.
Project description:
The project is covering the services needed to support the work on digital channels, i.e. social media platforms managed by the client.
The service provider will work on the implementation of the Social Media Strategy. He/she will create content, assist in managing the central social media accounts (mostly Twitter), prepare copies and assets for central social media channels and conduct other social media-related projects.
What you’ll get to do:
Advising on the implementation of corporate campaigns on social media, specifically through media buying,
Liaising when necessary with corporate communication contacts,
Proposing corporate campaign content for central social media accounts,
Researching and preparing visuals and other assets for posts,
Designing and implementing other social media campaigns,
Researching and drafting posts for all platforms,
Assisting with community management on specific topics and doing the necessary research to prepare replies to people’s comments.
Desirable experience and competences:
A minimum of 5 years of experience,
Excellent project management and organisational skills,
Advanced knowledge in paid advertising and community management,
Strong writing skills in English,
Solid knowledge/understanding of EU affairs,
Capacity to work under time constraints,
Ability to research content and to translate difficult policy language into understandable content both in long-format and social media ready content,
Experience in working on social media,
Problem-solving attitude and flexible team player.
