Senior ServiceNow Solutions Consultant
ICF is growing rapidly, and our ServiceNow Solutions are a key growth market. We’re seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to help advance our firm’s market position with key solutions in Digital Modernization, Federal Health, and Advisory Services within priority federal accounts.
The ServiceNow Solutions Consultant will play an important technical role in developing/refining ICF’s point of view on ServiceNow solutions for Public Sector Clients and in developing ICF’s go-to-market approach. This role helps integrate ICF’s rich capabilities in Digital (or IT) Modernization and creatively brings the best of what ICF has to offer to new clients and new markets and helps us innovate within new perspectives. This position will expand upon an already successful portfolio of established and growing customer programs and leverages our strong relationships in the field as an award-winning ServiceNow Federal Partner. The ideal candidate will be a proven ServiceNow Solutions Lead with demonstrated Public Sector experience, client service, delivery and growth success, and an ability to effectively collaborate with and lead a diverse group of internal stakeholders.
This position reports to the Vice President of our 20-person Digital Platform Team and is Hybrid, working 1-2 days a week in our new Reston Headquarters office.

Work through business and technical opportunities and challenges addressed by the product including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
Develop and implement tactical growth account plans for Federal Agencies and high-priority clients.
Leverage external networks to provide access to senior/executive level federal government leaders to engage these leaders to discuss their organizations’ needs and to assist in solution development.
Identify gaps in ICF’s Digital Modernization capabilities and play a supporting role in developing approaches to addressing them (potentially including specific strategic hires, acquisition targets, etc.).
Partner with internal technical leads, business development and account leads, and subject matter experts to understand client needs and market trends, highlight ICF differentiators, and identify and market solutions and capabilities to address emerging market demands with high growth potential.
Work collaboratively with other ICF enterprise resources, such as BD, Capture, Marketing, and Domain Experts to achieve successful execution of growth strategies.
Understand and evolve stakeholder technical requirements, operations, and programs into new ICF engagements and relationships and demonstrate to clients how ICF can resolve their most challenging problems.
Collaborate with ICF partners to build out collateral and develop points of view, white papers, and building minimum viable products (MVP)
What we would like you to have:
Presales experience and Sales Process knowledge, preferably within Public Sector markets.
Knowledge of SDLC, Human Centered Design, CX/UX frameworks, and an understanding of application rationalization.
Current technical expertise in web technology with the desire to stay ahead of technological advances.
Demonstrated experience leading workshops for customers in Digital Transformation.
Experience staying current on competitive analysis, positioning ServiceNow solutions to stay ahead of opportunities, obstacles, and challenges.
Understanding business and technical problems addressed by the product including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
What you must have:
5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow's suite of solutions.
5+ years’ experience contributing to and maintaining a portfolio of solutions created on the ServiceNow platform for prospective customers.
8+ years of IT experience
5+ years’ experience supporting Business Development and Capture teams to qualify customer needs and performing business value assessments.
5+ years’ experience demonstrating technology solutions to prospects and existing customers.
2+ years’ experience responding to requests for information / proposal documents/ oral presentations.
5+ years of scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
2+ years of supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
1+ years of experience leading or mentoring others on the team.
Due to Federal Customer requirements, this role requires US Citizenship or Green Card holders.
Professional Skills and Experience:
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to present playbooks or capability briefings including technical and business concepts.
Keen structured & strategic thinking, with an innate ability to synthesize complex information from a variety of sources into implementable recommendations.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$114,039.00 - $193,866.00
