Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Are you interested in working with an innovative healthcare client? Have an interest in marketing automation technology, creative, and strategic communications?  

ICF is looking for a self-starter, someone that will serve in a multi-faceted role as project coordinator, technical expert, and health communications expert.  

Responsibilities: 

• Develop strategy, work with a team to develop health related communications for marketing and wellness  

• Develop key performance indicators for communication campaigns, identify methods to measure leading and lagging indicators of success 

• Document processes, identify and recommend process improvements 

• Work with a client team to organize work, keep actions moving, ask questions, and ensure quality and timely deployments 

• Work in Salesforce marketing Cloud to:  

• Build, test, and deploy personalized email marketing campaigns within email studio 

• Setup campaigns in Journey Builder and build out dynamic content blocks 

• Deploy email campaigns using Email Studio, Interactions, Automations, and Journey builder 

• Assist with platform configuration, testing strategy, and automated email projects (trigger development, etc.) 

Basic Qualfications: 

• Bachelor’s degree

• 6 years’ experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or Information Systems preferred

• Experience involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and maintain high ethical standards of integrity and quality 

• Interest in learning about various healthcare products  

Professional Skills: 

• Verbal and written communication skills  

• Ability to translate complex technical information into lay terms for non-technical stakeholders and clients  

• Ability to work with cross functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
