Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Are you interested in working with an innovative healthcare client? Have an interest in marketing automation technology, creative, and strategic communications?
ICF is looking for a self-starter, someone that will serve in a multi-faceted role as project coordinator, technical expert, and health communications expert.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategy, work with a team to develop health related communications for marketing and wellness
Develop key performance indicators for communication campaigns, identify methods to measure leading and lagging indicators of success
Document processes, identify and recommend process improvements
Work with a client team to organize work, keep actions moving, ask questions, and ensure quality and timely deployments
Work in Salesforce marketing Cloud to:
Build, test, and deploy personalized email marketing campaigns within email studio
Setup campaigns in Journey Builder and build out dynamic content blocks
Deploy email campaigns using Email Studio, Interactions, Automations, and Journey builder
Assist with platform configuration, testing strategy, and automated email projects (trigger development, etc.)
Basic Qualfications:
Bachelor’s degree
6 years’ experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations
Preferred Skills/Experience
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or Information Systems preferred
Experience involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and maintain high ethical standards of integrity and quality
Interest in learning about various healthcare products
Professional Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical information into lay terms for non-technical stakeholders and clients
Ability to work with cross functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
