Senior Project Manager- Health Services TTAC
Justice, Workforce, Preparedness, and Community Development (JWPCD) Team
You will lead the development of a Training and Technical Assistance Center to support Emergency Repatriation. You will also offer technical expertise across the portfolio to build upon ICF' s strong capabilities and deep subject matter expertise in both Health and Human Services and Emergency Preparedness.
What you will do:
Provide overall leadership and project management skills to implement the agency's first training and technical assistance center.
Institute effective policy, programs and technology-enabled systems in order to facilitate effective operations in response to an emergency repatriation incident.
Identify gaps and solutions in the creation of the website, project activities, functionality, etc.
Facilitate ongoing collaboration and communications with the agency office for emergency Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness and Response (OHSEPR).
Prepare presentations, technical reports, memoranda, and/or other high-quality communication materials.
What you will need:
Bachelors degree in Public Policy, Emergency Management, Public Health or Technology
10+ years of experience in emergency management or health and human services information technology
10+ year of project or program management experience
Experience with the Federal Authority to Operate (ATO) security authorization process
U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position).
What would be nice to have:
Ability to manage large scale Information Technology projects.
Experience with the programs administered by ACF and the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR).
