Senior Project Manager

ICF Next is one of Europe's leading integrated communication agencies, specialising in large-scale campaigns across the European Union. 

We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to fill the position of Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate has an extensive experience of managing projects in the communication or creative sectors on international level; acts as the client’s voice when developing and executing campaigns; steers communication measures and manages their costs.

The Senior Project Manager follows the day-to-day development and implementation of large EU 360° communication campaigns, projects and services. S/he will ensure good co-operation between team members and experts teams. S/he is the main client contact point, attends strategic, reviews and progress meetings. S/he monitors the campaign & project financial performance, seeks for innovative and creative solutions. 

Responsible for:

       Ensuring implementation of Prince 2 methodology by providing training, guidance, follow-up and monitoring;

       Ensuring the correct financial management of the campaigns and projects – regular reporting;

       Encouraging team spirit, promoting professionalism and positive attitude;

       Ensuring high quality work: meeting professional standards and client expectations, by ensuring Prince-2 processes are applied and followed, implementing workflows and looking into creative solutions to unblock issues;

       Supervising and coaching the Campaign and Project team by providing regular feedback, guidance, and coaching.

Competencies / Skills:

       Excellent managerial skills and team-oriented focus;

       Self-motivated and self-directed and ability to work on own initiative with a “can do” attitude;

       Strong problem solving, analytical, organisational, and planning skills.

       Flexible with a great sense of responsibility, service and adaptability to changing workloads;

       Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve goals;

       Min. 5 years in Project management knowledge;

       Fluent in English knowledge of French is a plus (written and verbal);

       Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
