Senior Director, Strategy – Minneapolis, MN or remote
ICF Next is looking for a seasoned consumer marketer, thought leader and proven strategist well-versed in the realm of CRM, Loyalty and Digital Marketing. With a shared belief in the power of collaboration, you’ll work with senior management and clients to create innovative CRM and loyalty program strategies and designs that are creative, targeted, measurable and move the needle for our clients. You’ll be fully immersed, providing ongoing monitoring and strategy modifications as programs and campaigns unfold. ICF Next seeks a Senior Director, Strategy
As a Senior Director, Strategy, you will:
Unearth thoughtful and actionable customer and CRM insights to inform solution and program design
Conduct competitive analyses of loyalty programs and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies for our clients across key industries, such as travel & hospitality, retail, restaurant, healthcare and financial services.
Research the latest trends impacting consumer behavior, loyalty program design and customer experience
Contribute ideas and insights within a collaborative cross-functional team environment (strategy, analytics and client service teams) to create innovative loyalty program strategies and designs that are creative, targeted, measurable and deliver positive results for our clients
Collaborate daily on internal and client projects and deliverables with multiple teams spanning creative, analytics, strategy, technology and operations
Provide thought leadership by contributing content to ICF Next blogs and whitepapers
As a Senior Director, Strategy, you will have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, MBA preferred
10-15 years’ experience in a strategic role; preferably loyalty, CRM and digital marketing
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – verbal, written, presentation
Confident delivering persuasive and informative presentations to senior level executives
Strong analytical skills — ability to synthesize and problem solve complex issues
Experience creating, formulating and/or improving CRM strategy and loyalty efforts.
Passion for strategy and telling real human stories and solving for real human needs
Journey mapping experience
Experience driving and using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Comfortable researching and educating clients about loyalty industry trends
Ability to interpret data models to tell a story and provide recommendations
Aptitude in bridging technology, creative and data for integrated and innovative client solutions
A focus on service, responsiveness, and superior client service
Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage a diverse and fast-paced environment
Resourceful and self-starter — ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of individuals, both internally and externally
