Senior Director Brand, Web & Creative Studio

We’re hiring a Senior Director for our Brand, Web & Creative Studio to help grow the company’s brand and enhance its visibility in the markets we serve.
The Senior Director will be a member of the company’s marketing leadership team and will help to oversee the company’s brand strategy, creative design approach, and web strategy. Managing an integrated team of creatives, brand strategists, web managers and producers, the Senior Director will be responsible for leading the production of a wide range of dynamic assets in support of the company’s mission and growth. The Senior Director will work to ensure a highly productive and high-quality approach to creative services and delivery to help drive brand growth at the highest level while also supporting a broad array of go-to-market campaigns, events and activities. In this role, you’ll focus on the following:
Manage the company’s brand strategy including vision, governance, training, enablement and support.
Manage and help grow an integrated team of creative design, web development and brand managers including internal staff, UX and web development agency teams, and off-shore web development and design resources.
Oversee an innovative creative studio responsible for delivering all manner of creative assets including flagship branded content pieces, dynamic content and infographics, corporate reports, white papers, and campaign assets including digital, video, and print content pieces.
Ensure a consistent and high-quality look and feel for ICF’s brand across a variety of internal and external channels including owned and earned, digital and physical.
Help to ensure, working with ICF’s content team, a strong and consistent editorial voice across brand, creative and digital channels.
Own and direct the company’s corporate strategy for website production and evolution.
Ensure that digital search and web personalization programs are in place and optimized to provide maximum support to marketing campaigns and business development activities.
Lead ICF’s product marketing strategy, including governing the creation of new sub-brands for products, solutions and services; facilitating name-storming and brand development sessions and workshops.
Work with creative teams responsible for generating proposals and business development materials to offer guidance and enablement to ensure a high degree of quality and polish.
Lead and project manage key corporate programs, events & campaign activities as needed.
What you’ll need…
10-15 years marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
Corporate marketing and/or digital creative or marketing agency experience preferred.
Experience working with marketers, agencies, copywriters, designers, subject matter experts and clients/stakeholders.
Experience with creative design and web production workflow and process.
Editorial, messaging or content marketing experience – the ability to help shape messaging and positioning – preferred but not required.
Experience with product strategy, product marketing and/or solution marketing helpful.
Ability to work directly with senior leaders and stakeholders to set expectations and manage programs, maximize events and collaborations, and provide ongoing strategic client counsel.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to grow a team by motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback and leading by example.
Proven ability to work across teams/divisions/departments to get things done.
Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, and execute.
Experience with Microsoft Sitecore, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics or similar platforms helpful.
Bachelor’s degree & excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
