Senior Digital Strategies Specialist

ICF seeks an experienced Senior Digital Strategies Specialist to support federal grants financial management training and technical assistance (TTA) services.   In this role you will support U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs (OJP) grantees to build financial management capacity and infrastructure to improve financial management of federal awards to support victim services, criminal justice, juvenile justice, and justice research programs. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of graphic design, product development, web content management, learning management systems, audience engagement and webinar/meeting platforms.

We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage web content and resource clearinghouse on Office of Justice Programs (OJP) microsites
  • Lead the technical production of communications with the project teams, including webinars, eblasts, and online meetings
  • Serve as the administrator for TTA case management system and learning management system
  • Support the development of project reports, data visualizations and publications
  • Create and maintain product templates and manage template library
  • Develop and deliver technology training for staff as needed
  • Oversee digital communications such as the visual identify guide, e-marketing strategy, training event invitations/registration

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and creating product, media, and marketing materials in multiple formats (including web-based products, online media, and print publication).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product branding, formatting and design.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Experience with the technical aspects of web-based learning management systems.
  • Experience with the technical aspects of web, webinar and meeting platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with HTML.
  • Ability to Obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Project Management Certification.
  • Knowledge and applicability of Section 508 compliance.
  • Familiarity with Tableau.
  • Familiarity with GovDelivery, Fed Relay, and ServiceNow online applications.
  • Experience in the field of victims’ rights and services or criminal justice.
  • Understanding of how to incorporate the principles of diversity, inclusivity and cultural humility across all aspects of their work.

  • Adaptable team player with the ability to frequently change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including the ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Comfortable serving as a resource and providing input to a senior management team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across TTA providers, the government client, subject matter experts, project partners, vendors and internal staff.
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions.
  • High quality management skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective time-management skills with emphasis on quality and timely completion of tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
