This position can be based in New Jersey or in the Washington DC area (Fairfax, VA). However, for the right person, this position could be remote as well.
We’re currently hiring a Senior Digital Media Buyer to lead with their capabilities and increase the skill sets of our growing ad operations team.

The supervisor will work with current digital, marketing analytics, and marketing automation tools to deliver tactical and operational marketing outcomes on a diverse range of projects. This position is suitable for someone seeking boundless opportunities to work in various digital media platforms. You will have an opportunity to expand your experience in digital buying and analytics as you own the digital buying for whole accounts, deploying the media plan. You will support the media strategist to develop a media plan, and then oversee executing, optimizing, and reporting on each campaign. You should love digging into the numbers to uncover trends in the data, and ways to improve performance, as well as using GTM and Google Analytics to ensure proper tagging and analytics tracking.
Work with and supporting the media strategists, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, paid social, native ad platforms, CM360, DV360 and other Programmatic DSPs, and additional vendors.
Lead measurement and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals.
Identify campaign trends and insights; optimizing spend and tactics based on these insights.
Present recommendations to media strategists.
Write POVs on tactics or vendors and sharing with internal and external teams.
Support when needed on other projects
4+ years proven experience with Google Ads, as well as a familiarity with social ads, and other emerging ad buying platforms
3+ years proven display Programmatic DSP experience
Google Campaign Manager trafficking and reporting skills
Experience using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team and collaborate regularly with team members at all levels
