What you will do:

• Support federal customer in implementation of digital platform for execution of administrative authorities.

• Work with creatives, developers, and other technical SMEs to help advise and provide the client with informed implementation strategies and additional supporting materials as required including user guides, trainings, and stakeholder communications.

• Carry out complex, sensitive assignments and activities, collaborating at all levels throughout the client agency while frequently reporting to the leadership on progress and accomplishments.

• Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and customers to ensure all parties are aligned on actions and expectations.

• Coordinate status of documents and reports, tracking clearance across several teams.

What you will need:

• 3+ years in a project management, project support, or project analysis capacity.

• 1+ years support Federal clients utilizing ServiceNow.

• U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position).

• Possess an Active Top Secret security clearance.

Additional Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, cybersecurity, information systems and security, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.

• 1+ years in performing in a government consulting capacity.

• Customer service orientation with strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

• Business acumen, organizational change management and stakeholder management skills.  

• Ability to develop clear and concise presentations, reports, and dashboards to inform upper management of relevant metrics and trends.

• Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills.

• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

What would be good to have:

• Experience in the federal government sector

• Experience supporting DHS programs or initiatives

• Master’s Degree - preferred in business, policy, cybersecurity or related

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$93,668.00 - $159,236.00
