Senior CRM Analyst - REMOTE

Senior CRM Analyst

In this role, you will work with internal and external clients to deliver end-to-end CRM, data visualization and reporting solutions. What you will be doing:

  • Build, launch, and administer new low-code, no-code Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) systems for Beneficial Electrification projects 
  • Develop CRM reports and data visualizations using Salesforce and Power BI analytics tools  
  • Gather CRM and reporting requirements for business processes, reporting, and risk mitigation 
  • Interpret requirements, provide estimates, and deliver high-quality solutions for cloud-based Content Management and data application solutions 
  • Perform advanced extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for in-house and commercial data sets to prepare data for CRM importing, reporting and visualization 
  • Use application programming interfaces (APIs) to integrate datasets from external sources 
  • Perform data validation/quality assurance to ensure solutions meet technical requirements 
  • Document solutions for business users including process maps and manuals 
  • Identify new data source solutions and perform system analysis and data profiling on these systems 
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting by effectively responding to inquiries 
  • Track scope and changes throughout the implementation of reports and application changes, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates 
  • Create and analyze business reports to provide performance insights, forecast activity, and highlight opportunities for performance gains 
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for both internal and external use 
  • Create dashboard mockups, charts, use cases, wireframes, process flow diagrams, and other system documentation 
  • Support users through training, as well as provide one-on-one technical assistance 
  • Prepare agendas, biweekly status reports, and follow-up actions for meetings with external clients and client vendors  

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related years of experience
  • 5+ years related professional experience 
  • 4+ years experience in developing and managing an enterprise-grade cloud CRM such as Salesforce or Dynamics 
  • 4+ years experience in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, conditional formatting, and pivot tables 
  • 4+ years in MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word 
  • 2+ years experience working with large datasets or database systems 
  • Good understanding of business intelligence reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) 

What we would like you to have:

  • Experience with utilities, energy, energy efficiency, transportation, and vehicle electrification 
  • Hands-on integration of geospatial data and geographic information system (GIS) integration with other business data using reporting and visualization tools 
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports 
  • Experience with business process mapping  
  • Experience with agile project management, release management, and client-facing project management   
  • Skilled at analyzing existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality as it relates to the project at hand 
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions, paired with a desire to take initiative 
  • Ability to work well under continually changing deadlines and priorities
