Regional Integration Specialist

ICF is seeking a Regional Integration Specialist for a program responsible for ensuring critical infrastructure protection and resilience through effective collaboration between federal, private sector, and academic entities.
The Regional Integration Specialist will create, track, and manage documents such as standard operating procedures, Memorandum of Understanding, and general communications in support of strengthening connections with regional stakeholders.
What you will do:
Carry out complex assignments and activities, collaborating at all levels throughout the client agency while frequently reporting to the Section Chief on progress and accomplishments.
Initiate requests for partner inputs and track status to ensure situational awareness.
Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and customers to ensure all parties are aligned on actions and expectations.
Coordinate status of documents and reports, tracking clearance across several teams.
Maintain a database of all incoming and outgoing documentation ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and secure.
What you will need:
At least 2 years of experience providing programmatic support
Experience providing customer service to a government agency or their customers
Experience using system to track documentation
Ability to maintain data integrity to provide accurate status and automated reporting
Experience working across government and other organizations to meet goals and objectives
Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position).
Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
What would be nice to have:
BA/BS degree
Experience in the federal government sector
Experience supporting DHS programs or initiatives
Ability to apply knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, policies, and procedures is a plus
Customer service orientation with strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is
$56,742.00 - $96,461.00
