Quality Analyst (Remote)

ICF is currently seeking a Quality Analyst (remote) that will be aligned with our Service Delivery Team supporting program delivery in our Public Sector Group. You will be responsible for implementing quality practices into service delivery along with day to day administrative, operational, and programmatic activities to ensure quality related processes are followed and delivery standards are met.  Along the way you will learn ICF’s internal business processes and technologies.  This is a growth opportunity ideal for candidates seeking new challenges implementing tools, technologies, and process in a changing environment - a high degree of comfortability multi-tasking and managing multiple projects should be in your DNA.  As a member of the team for example, you might participate in program transition and start up activities, establish and monitor quality efforts and collect and analyze performance metrics one day and conduct a performance audit another day. You will interact with internal leaders as well as other corporate teams frequently. In this role you are invited to analyze data and help solve complex problems while also working independently on daily work activities.  We want leaders that can make decisions that impact our work and the work of others.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and sustaining the processes and procedures to ensure that project artifacts conform to defined contractual requirements.

  • Early-stage engagement with new programs to implement processes  focused on PMBOK, Agile, CMMI, and ISO 9000: 2015 standards.  

  • Internal audit process, schedule, and execution - performing technical and compliance assessments to assure remediation activities are complete and meet guidance and process requirements.

  • Leading QMS efforts for multiple Divisions within the Public Sector, accountable not only for the operationalization of our QMS, but also hands-on execution.

  • Initiating early cross functional engagement initiatives to ensure quality is built into delivery standards and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2 plus years of industry experience in quality management systems, process management and improvement.

    • A passion for technology and deep understanding of PMBOK, CMMI, Agile, and ISO practices and standards.

    • Problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions to challenges.

    • Computer skills to use various programs needed for analysis.

    • Analytical skills to process large amounts of data.

    • Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for the specific task.

  • Confidence to make recommendations based on analysis and data.

  • Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles.

  • Are resourceful and intellectually curious.

  • Enjoy working in teams.

  • Have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.

  • Capacity to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve goals.
