What you will be doing:
Work as part of the commercial and industrial (C&I) energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed
Interface with customers and contractors participating in utility sponsored programs
Assist with processing incoming project applications.
Review project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures
Assign project applications for further processing and review per program policies and procedures
Assist with customer and contractor inquiries
Coordinate quality control follow up on project inspections and customer surveys as appropriate
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Associates degree with 2+ years of administrative office experience
4+ yearof administrative office experience
2+ years’ experience with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). An advanced understanding of Excel is required.

Utility, energy efficiency or equivalent trade experience a plus
Experience working with databases

Ability to prioritize and multitask, and ability to work in a fast pace environment
Familiarity with energy efficiency, lighting, HVAC and other related technologies
