Production Director - Europe & Asia
The Production Director will drive operationalising the workflow and resourcing across the ICF Next Europe & Asia (E&A) division, bridging operations and people. This role will be responsible for leading the the end-to-end resourcing process across E&A, from team forecasting, to utilisation, to workflow and culture.
The successful candidate will also oversee production of Strategic and Creative work, and directly support the Group Operations Lead to connect with the wider group.
The position will be based out of our London or Leeds office.

Lead the Production and Operations team, with a holistic view of day-to-day workflow, resourcing and delivery of programmes of work, ensuring the right level of commerciality and collaboration.
Coordinate the overall Briefing workflow, using systems and processes to ensure clear communication and highest quality of deliverables.
Drive integration and collaboration across E&A Centres of Excellence, building relationships within the wider group.
Oversee all new brief qualification, ensuring correct criteria is met and applying a complete view of workflow prioritisation and capacity.
Lead the Commercial management of the Strategy and Creative functions, driving efficiencies and cost management within the areas.
Responsible for accurate scoping of all Strategic and Creative work, working closely with the Programme Management team to find solutions to project overburn. Forecast and highlight projects that are running over.
Perform a director level role across Strategic and Creative projects and pitches to ensure highest quality work and recoverability.
Evaluate the success of our work. Ensure quality is excellent, work is delivered on time and budget is in scope.
Oversee procedures for external vendors and suppliers, working closely with the Procurement team.
Manage and report on key metrics such as utilisation, tracking targets and identifying potential risk areas and finding solutions.
Advise discipline leads on workflow, prioritisation of work and team well-being.
Experience and skills
The right person for this position will be currently in a Production or Operations role, at Director level, with extensive experience working in creative agencies and or consultancies.You are someone who is driven by making an impact and being part of a growing business.
8+ years’ experience within Production/ Operations
Expertise in scoping and delivering Strategic and Creative programmes of work
Understanding Strategic frameworks and what is involved is a benefit
A highly proactive attitude, unafraid to run at problems
A strong ability to handle ever changing and demanding environments
Strong problem-solving skills, able to develop clear solutions
Goal orientated and process driven
A people-first attitude with strong relationship building, management and communication skills
