Change Management Specialist
Are you interested in helping prepare the workforce for the future? Are you comfortable helping organizations identify and address organizational challenges?
Do you have at least 7 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or transformation efforts? If the answers are “yes,” ICF is growing, and we need you!
The ICF team provides analytic and technical capabilities to support such clients as DCSA with operations, responsibilities, and functions. This team hires specific subject matter expertise that can provide operational support across six requirement areas:
- technical writing
- strategic planning
- strategic communications
- portfolio support
- program staff support
- data Scientist
DCSA is operating under maximum telework during current the COVID-19 pandemic. Upon reconstitution of the building following COVID-19, you will work on-site in DC.
The ideal candidate will work with a team to:
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and other client interactions
Conduct an organizational assessment to determine how jobs, roles, and structures should change to meet a desired future state
Develop an OCM strategy and roadmap for new initiatives or to improve existing ones
Provide training (i.e., hands on training and training materials), improve internal communications (i.e., email correspondence, promotional materials, briefings), and organizational development support to support change and ensure adoption of IT
Conceptualize, coordinate, and prepare client-ready products that meet both company and client standards and needs
Support the project team to develop stakeholder/ and partner outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support
Work with team members to recommend, develop, and implement OCM strategies
Support the design, development, implementation, and revision of project plans and adhere to established timelines
- High level active government security clearance required based on contract requirements.
- Minimum Years of Experience: Seven (7) years Change Management (CM) experience.
- Seven (7) years of DoD experience; or demonstrated equivalency of both.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, Human Resources or related field
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, experience working on large-scale organizational change efforts, acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle, and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
