We’re currently hiring for an On-Call User Architect.
ICF Next is seeking user experience (UX) architects
As an On-Call User Architect,
activities Design website/application structures and user interfaces
Participate in collaborative user-centered design initiatives across the company
an On-Call User Architect you will have:
US Citizenship required (required by federal government for position)
Bachelor’s degree in information architecture, communications, human-computer interaction, computer science, library science, or related field
1 year experience applying user-centered design concepts in web and software development, social media, or similar digital environment
Experience working in government, healthcare, and/or energy sectors is desired.
Comfortable leading or participating in collaborative design-thinking sessions, utilizing tools like Mural or Miro
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions
Team player with positive energy for collaborating, balancing multiple tasks, and learning on the job.
Superior interpersonal skills and professionalism
will be supported remotely.
