Microsoft Application Developer

Microsoft .NET Application Developer Location: Remote

Ready to make a difference? As a Microsoft .NET Application Developer, you will be working with an integrated development team to develop and maintain a variety of web applications. In this role, you will be required to design, write, and maintain C# coding for our future and ongoing projects. You will also be required to contribute to design and planning sessions as well as formulate approaches for current coding tasks.

What you will be doing: 

  • Develop and maintain web applications and REST APIs using C# and the .Net Core framework. 
  • Perform full-stack development as well as handle the creation, maintenance, and further development of .NET applications and programs. 
  • Work in an agile project team alongside other developers, business analysts and UX designers to develop solutions for the organization. 
  • Providing technical support to stakeholders in the organization. 

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):  

  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline 
  • 5+ years’ experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture. 
  • 1+ year(s) experience in CSS, JavaScript and UI development. 

What we would like you to have: 

  • Experience with working in an agile environment.  
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, Knockoutjs, jQuery). 
  • Strong experience in relational database design with SQL Server. 
  • Detailed and clear understanding of HTML and CSS and responsive design. 
  • Good working knowledge of architecture and design patterns, web application architecture and relational database design. 
  • Experience consuming and creating web services and APIs in a .NET environment. 
  • Azure Environment including Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud deployment. 
  • Knowledge of build and continuous integration tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins. 
  • Ability to translate client requirements into solutions with minimal supervision.  
  • Professional skills you will use:
  • Good communication (verbal and written) as well as interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. 
  • Resourceful and self-motivated.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$82,673.00 - $140,544.00
