Marketing Manager (Open to Remote)

ICF is hiring a Marketing Manager to amplify the purpose-driven, industry leading work that ICF’s public sector team performs with nearly every federal civilian agency. Working with our experts, the Manager will help raise ICF’s visibility and profile across the sector.

*Candidates located in close proximity to our Fairfax, VA headquarters office are preferred, but we are also open to fully remote candidates.

Key areas of focus for this role will include:  

  • Help develop and execute the marketing strategy and integrated campaign plan for ICF’s largest business, ensuring we are building brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation. 

  • Manage the campaign’s day-to-day efforts, ensuring high quality and high volume of activity across a variety of earned, owned and paid channels.

  • Collaborate with an internal staff of marketers to prioritize and deploy the right mix of integrated campaign tactics.

  • Coordinate with content marketing, demand generation and brand teams to develop targeted and dynamic campaign content.

  • Manage the execution of priority industry events and tradeshows.

  • Manage third-party relationships and partnerships that support marketing campaign efforts.

  • Work with our external public relations and digital agency partners to share ICF’s industry-leading research and analysis, world-renowned experts and unique insights with national, regional and trade media.

  • Work in tight collaboration with our campaign operations and analytics team to ensure progress and identify opportunities to enhance or evolve campaign tactics.

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years’ experience developing digital campaign strategies, preferably in B2G environments

  • Experience working with directly with business stakeholders to set and manage expectations and share campaign ideas and progress

  • Passion for finding new and creative ways to reach an audience

  • Technology, product and solution marketing experience helpful

  • Proven ability to work across teams/divisions/departments to get things done

  • Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, and execute

  • Experience working in a marketing environment supported by technology platforms and customer data

  • Experience working with Go-to-Webinar, Marketo and Demandbase preferred

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and inform/drive business decisions with analytics

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and strong record of academic performance
