Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

As U.S. federal civilian and health agency leaders continue to redefine their missions through the lens of technology and respond to gaps in the federal health system exposed by the pandemic, we are hiring a Marketing Manager to amplify the visibility of our leading technology portfolio and our health domain services across the federal sector.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:  

  • Help develop and execute the marketing strategy and integrated campaign plan for ICF’s largest business, ensuring we are building brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation. 

  • Manage the campaign’s day-to-day efforts, ensuring high quality and high volume of activity across a variety of earned, owned and paid channels.

  • Collaborate with an internal staff of marketers to prioritize and deploy the right mix of integrated campaign tactics.

  • Coordinate with content marketing, demand generation and brand teams to develop targeted and dynamic campaign content.

  • Help set our industry tradeshow strategy and manage the execution of priority events.

  • Manage third-party relationships and partnerships that support marketing campaign efforts.

  • Work with our external public relations and digital agency partners to share ICF’s industry-leading research and analysis, world-renowned experts and unique insights with national, regional and trade media.

  • Work in tight collaboration with our campaign operations and analytics team to ensure progress and identify opportunities to enhance or evolve campaign tactics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years’ experience developing digital campaign strategies, preferably in B2G environments

Preferred Qualifications/Skillsets:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data and inform/drive business decisions with analytics

  • Passion for finding new and creative ways to reach an audience

  • 1+ years of experience working in a marketing environment supported by technology platforms and customer data

  • Experience working with Go-to-Webinar, Sitecore, Marketo and Demandbase preferred

  • 5+ years’ experience working with directly with business stakeholders to set and manage expectations and share campaign ideas and progress

  • 3+ years of experience working in a marketing environment supported by technology platforms and customer data

  • Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, and execute

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to work across teams and departments in a highly collaborative way to get things done

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and inform/drive business decisions with analytics

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is

$91,948.00 - $156,312.00
