Build-Operate-Transfer
The types of projects you will work on:
• Operations Assessment and Improvement
• IT Systems evaluation and selection
• Systems Implementation support
• Systems and processes (health) adoption study and improvement
• Digitization of existing business processes and identifying gaps to develop the desired “to-be” processes
• CoE (Centre of Excellence) and Competence centers support (for continuous improvement)
• Asset Management
Your typical responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements
• Work on business-process improvement and efficiencies
• Support the Design & implementation of full technology-enabled business solutions
• Identify integration issues and offer solutions
• Work within a pre-sales and delivery environment to understand, design and build solutions to meet business requirements
• Manage people and program management on varied projects• Work effectively in mixed client, software vendor and business consultancy teams

Required ExperienceExperience Required:
• Minimum 8 years Operations IT Systems implementation experience, preferably in the commercial aviation space
• Demonstrable project and people management experience
• Ability to manage, lead and facilitate design meetings in order to extract key business and technical design criteria
• Proven experience of full project lifecycles, from vendor evaluation and selection through to software implementation and change management
• Ability to deliver business-process improvement, gap analysis and solutions thereon• Proven ability to work with clients, client partners, executives and consultant teams
Competencies:
• Full understanding of the benefits which an organization can leverage from implementing a fully integrated Operations solution • Strong working familiarity and practice with MSOffice, Project management, BPM and PLM tools and procedures
