Junior Online Community Manager
ICF Next are looking for a Junior Online Community Manager. The service provider will create content, assist in managing the central social media account (notably on Twitter and Instagram), prepare copies and assets for social media channels and conduct other social media-related projects.
Creating daily content for the central Twitter account,
Spotting new available features, formats and trends on Twitter and activating them with relevant content in line with EU policies and priorities,
Acting as a “social media presenter” by moderating Instagram LIVE chats or by explaining EU policies in video format for Twitter distribution,
Ensuring continuous participation in online conversations and acting as a mediator.
Interacting with users of social media platforms to respond to their questions and suggestions in line with corporate objectives and priorities,
Assisting in developing new social media formats and episodic content.
Excellent writing skills in English,
Solid knowledge/understanding of EU affairs and priority topics of the European Commission,
Capacity to work under time constraints,
Ability to research content and to translate difficult policy language into understandable content both in long-format and social media ready content,
Experience with Twitter,
Experience in doing (Instagram) LIVE chats,
Good presentation skills,
