Integration Support Analyst

ICF is seeking an Integration Support Analyst for a program responsible for ensuring critical infrastructure protection and resilience through effective collaboration between federal, private sector, and academic entities.

The Integration Support Analyst will help connect various work streams across the organization and will ensure that senior leadership has the information needed to stay on track and fulfill action items.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Carry out complex assignments and activities, collaborating at all levels throughout the office while frequently reporting to senior leadership on progress and accomplishments.
  • Help track down needed information and coordinate various work streams.
  • Coordinate with federal and contractor staff to ensure all parties are aligned on actions and expectations.
  • Track status of actions across several team and offices.
  • Maintain necessary confidentiality of information.

What You Will Need To Have:

  • 4 + years of experience providing organizational and management support to senior leadership
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate deadlines and requirements to keep leadership on track
  • Experience supporting a government agency in an onsite or hybrid position
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position)
  • Active high-level security clearance required

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$85,153.00 - $144,760.00
