Information and Process Engineer
Job Description:
ICF International delivers process improvement (PI) and program management office (PMO) support services to a CIO within the Food and Drug Administration. We are seeking an experienced and motivated information and process engineer candidate, experienced in key PI frameworks, to help support the overall PI program for this client.
The candidate must have outstanding project management and business analysis skills, and must be able to lead and facilitate cross-functional groups to reach consensus. The candidate will demonstrate excellent client handling skills with the ability to quickly develop relationships at all levels of the client organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization processes
Assess and analyze existing processes to draft strategic process and programming improvements
Support existing organizations and/or project teams through automation processes
Support general ITIL activities, including facilitation of process design and implementation of ITIL project tasks, based on specific task/process area skill requirements, in coordination with the client
Facilitate activity and data modeling to understand current processes, identify best practices, and guide strategic improvements and decisions
Ability to plan, design, document and implement effective document management processes using document creation tools such as MS Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and/or other document management tools
Manage and report on project tasks efficiently and effectively, including integration, communication, and accurate resource/skill requirements
Prepare responses/reports for ICF PM, client and other government staff
Prepare management and technical presentations on general processes, specific project tasks and deliver or support delivery of the presentations
Work as part of the overall ICF Project team to deliver high quality services and products to government clients
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience working for the government as a management consultant or similar environment
2+ years of experience as a contributing project team member
An active government security clearance
Certification(s) in relevant IT and Process improvement competencies such the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), COBIT, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Previous federal consulting experience
More than one certification(s) in relevant IT and Process improvement competencies such the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), COBIT, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.

Ability to lead but also work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong analysis and technical skills
Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Ability to identify support gaps, and address or temporarily fill as required to get the mission done as part of the ICF team
Meeting facilitation experience
Developing and cultivating strong customer relationships
Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Word and Excel)

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is
$75,524.00 - $128,390.00
