HR Processing Specialist
ICF is seeking a full-time HR team member with prior experience managing sensitive materials, working directly with current and prospective employees, managers, and partners across Human Resources such as Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and Recruiting. , management, employees and prospective employees. The HR team member must demonstrate a proven track record of being a proactive, service driven, organized, and results-oriented and possess a strong attention to detail. Perform or validate accurate and timely completion of processing tasks in Workday and other systems such as Support the daily Gglobal onboarding process to electronically on board and process for all new hires and processing employment-related data changes (e.g. terminations, promotions, transfers, payroll).
Support the HR Business Partner team and their internal clients to process employee status changes and other employment-related transactions
Manage and complete a daily/ongoing queue of work via ticketing system, email or other task management tools
Collect, track, and maintain supporting documentation and data and ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
Partner with and support stakeholders across HR (such as HR Business Partners and Recruiting) and other corporate functions (such as Payroll) to deliver, optimize, or troubleshoot processes
Maintain records and confidentiality of materials
Performs daily inputs and data changes into HRIS system.
Data collection; tracking approvals and other required supporting documentation to accompany data entry transactions
Adhere to and help maintain Standard Operating Procedures and related standards including SLAs and customer service standards.
Support or identify continuous improvement opportunities such as better ways to leverage technology or streamlining processes
Support or lead other Sspecial projects or tasks as assigned
Bachelors in a domain related to business or human resources any domain
2+ years of administrative work experience with Standard Operating Procedures and metrics (e.g. Service Level Agreements, SLAs)
1+ years of HR experience in data entry and handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
1+ years of administrative experience and demonstrated proficiency with Workday
Demonstrated experience entering data, auditing for accuracy, tracking approvals and documentation
Prior experience handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word / Excel is essential in this fast-paced client-oriented environment
