Front-End Developers (Remote) with DHS Public Trust

ICF’s IT Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking all levels of Front-End Developers with a current DHS Public Trust to support upcoming needs with our federal customers.
Our IT Modernization division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client’s business.
At ICF, our Front-End Developers help support the mission, business, service, and operational needs of our customers. ICF’s ServiceNow Developers work on a wide variety of different programs to support diverse customer mission areas. We build solutions that deliver scalable, rapid and secure self-service solutions that will empower the program’s workforce to better meet their mission of protecting the national security and public safety of the nation using the ServiceNow platform. We also support new and novel employee services across our portfolio - such as improving employees' access to Human Resources business functions, our customer's business management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, as well as core service and operations management needs of business stakeholders.
Using your Front-End Developer skills, you will work towards being a senior technical resource that possesses advanced ServiceNow administration capability and can design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. The ServiceNow Application Developer has a software development background in addition to ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, and Application Creation in ServiceNow.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions,
Develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems with the platform using mid-server and other relevant technologies.
Document, maintain and update policies, procedures, and controls for the platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development.
Work with process managers to fully understand business functionality, and areas of improvement while reviewing requirements to ensure sufficient detail is available to be accurately estimated and prioritized for development.
Assists ServiceNow System Administrators with the incident resolution, as needed.
Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services.
Assists ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort.
Provides mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow Developers
Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion.
Must have an active DHS Public Trust
US Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
2+ Years of working experience with federal or military clients.
Minimum 1+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Service Backend & Front end
1+years of knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in Website development.
1+ years of experience participating in the Design Review Board
1+ years of delivery methodology (per squad / product line)
1+years of experience gathering requirements.
1+ years of experience with the process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting
1+ Years of experience leading technical teams
Must be willing to get certified as a ServiceNow CSA within 1 year of employment.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$51,333.00 - $116,152.00
