Event Project Manager

ICF Next is one of the leading integrated communication agencies in Europe, specializing in large-scale events and campaigns across the European Union. We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on team player to fill the position of Event Project Manager for one of our clients.

As Event Project Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and planning an event working in tandem with the client's team;
• Managing all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes with the use of project management tools:
• Liaising with contractors, speakers, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order;
• Ensuring strict adherence to budget and agreed timeline;
• Coordinating and supervising services before, during and after the event;
• Handling operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently;
• Providing regular reporting to the client's senior management on event implementation progress;
• Identifying project risks and propose mitigation measures to resolve any potential issue that may jeopardize the success of an event;
• Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events;
• Support the communication campaign of the event series by creating content and visual material;
• Draft background briefings and concept notes to support meetings, events and interviews;
• Conduct background and market research (incl. audience mapping)

Other skills needed:

• 5 years of dedicated/specialised experience in the tasks described in the previous section;
• Excellent event & project management skills;
• Good knowledge of event platforms and interaction tools;
• Good knowledge of social media channels and tools;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Competent with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and PowerPoint;
• Must be an excellent team player with great interpersonal relationship skills;
• C1 level English, oral and written.
