Diversity and Inclusion Program Specialist

We are currently hiring a Diversity and Inclusion Program Specialist.
The role will partner with the VP of Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COEs), internal legal counsel, and external consultants. The role will develop, support, and implement programs and initiatives to achieve ICF's diversity, inclusion, and equity (DEI) and Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) goals.
Conduct research and engages stakeholders to develop, implement and measure the impact of DEI programs and initiatives.
Engage various constituencies groups, both internal and external, with programs and initiatives that have a global focus and are regionally appropriate.
Partner with a retained external consultant to develop ICF's response to compliance reviews and other regulatory audits by the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
Coordinate with a retained consultant to prepare EEO-1 and Veterans reports and annual recruiting source letters.
Coordinates with a retained consultant to develop Affirmative Action Programs across ICF's U.S. and Puerto Rico offices
Aids in developing communication strategy and training programs regarding U.S. compliance and progress on diversity
Partners with internal partners to develop processes and systems that comply with AA/EEO requirements
Remain current on federal, state, and local rules and regulations; communicate key insights and industry best practices to leadership on any updates in requirements.
5+ years serving in an HR or AA/EO function and partnering across Human Resources COEs
5+ years of experience in AA/EO Compliance role, engaging with OFCCP and Human Resources partners on EO/AA matters, highly preferred
Familiarity with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action requirements for Federal Contractors, highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
