Digital Content Project Manager
We are currently seeking a Digital Content Operations Manager in ICF’s corporate marketing team to support our global growth.
This position requires experience managing digital content, creative and analytical tasks that support our overall marketing operations. The project manager will provide direct, day to day supervision of 4-6 local employees that support a variety of marketing teams. In addition, they will support their global colleagues in the execution of bi-weekly campaign Sprints: This will involve ensuring that campaign briefs and related work are executed according to agreed priorities, and that smooth handoffs are provided to virtual team members. They will need to identify and solve project-related issues that are technical, business, and resource specific. This is a dynamic position and requires an individual with strong communication and collaboration skills who can think strategically and execute tactically.
Ability to work in a matrixed mode and lead a cross disciplinary team to develop, iterate, and refine digital content and campaign solutions.
Coordinate project delivery on a variety of marketing related projects using our digital task board, Asana.
Oversee resource utilization on a day-to-day basis. Understand how to optimize usage of team member skills when certain work items might be blocked or not ready to start.
Hands-on delivery of web publishing tasks as needed to supplement the team
Work closely with ICF’s corporate marketing team to adjust expectations on work delivery, request clarifications on requirements and move work towards acceptance/launch.
Maintain client relationships with other members of the business, technology and marketing ecosystem.
Coach and mentor junior and mid-level staff
Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment by building partnerships with internal and external partners.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the work environment and continuously elevate the quality and caliber of the organization
BS/BA in a business, information systems, computer science or related field
5-7 years of interactive/digital project management within a digital or software development organization, including software development cycle
3+ years of experience with CMS
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office products, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Hands on experience in creative project execution, web content development or marketing analytics a plus
3+ years experience following an agile project management process such as Scrum/Lean, a plus.
3+ years of working with workflow management tools such as Jira or Asana for digital project management a plus
Ability to coordinate diverse program stakeholders
Strong customer service focus
Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment
Experience working with and/or managing sub-contractors or vendors
