General Description
ICF's digital transformation and IT modernization division is seeking a DevOps / Atlassian Platform Administrator to join our team of experts. The platform administrator will support technical operations, incident resolution, and day-to-day availability and maintenance of SaaS platforms, including Atlassian, GitHub, M365, Okta, and other SaaS systems.
What you’ll be doing (Responsibilities/Day to Day):
Support platform systems administration, including investigation, resolution, and escalation of Tier 1 & 2 issues for business-critical platforms for our customers.
Support on-premises Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Fisheye, and Crowd servers) and in-flight upgrade activities in the AWS environment.
Design, implement, and support Jira-based workflows and Confluence spaces; as well as support and administer existing workflows and spaces.
Support other SaaS platforms such as GitHub, M365, or Okta IAM as needed.
Some work will be required to be performed at a client site in Rockville, MD.
Basic/Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise-scale server environments; including Linux systems, TCP/IP networking, and scripting languages such as bash, and MySQL scripts.
1+ years in Atlassian stack administration and configuration (Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Fisheye)
B.S. degree required.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Self-motivated team player who takes ownership of projects and tasks and can learn new skills and technologies.
Green card holder or US Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
Public Trust clearance.
Must be able to obtain a US Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
Preferred Skills
Certification in Atlassian stack
Experience with Atlassian Fisheye to GitHub integrations
Experience administering GitHub, M365, or similar platform systems/solutions.
Certification in Atlassian stack
DevOps/system administration experience in AWS or another cloud; familiarity using infrastructure automation.
B.S. degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$70,374.00 - $119,636.00
