Data Analyst

ICF International seeks a Data Analyst to work on a national technical assistance project. The goal of the project is to support and enable legal representation to eligible arriving Afghans across the country and to expand the legal community’s skills and capacity to provide immigration legal support. The Data Analyst will use his/her expertise to ensure the completeness and quality of project data and collaborate on development of project reports.

This position is supervised by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review data records, identify inconsistencies, and develop cleaning processes
• Maintain current and accurate knowledge of all data fields seeking clarification as needed
• Ensure that all records are complete and accurate
• Work collaboratively across the project team with a focus on the CQI and reporting teams
• Contribute to regular project reporting and support for activities related to the project’s evaluation, including data collection and continuous quality improvement efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, social work, public administration, or relevant field
• 1+ years professional work experience
• 1+ years of experience in providing data analysis, data visualization and/or Continuous Quality Improvement

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree in social work, public administration, or other advanced degree in related field or data analytics
• Experience with information systems and report development
• Exceptional data analytics skills

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is

$41,389.00 - $70,362.00
