Data Analyst
ICF is seeking a Data Analyst to join our People Performance & Learning Solutions group. In this group we support our clients by working with them to improve their organizational structures, processes, outcomes and implement large scale organizational changes.
This role can work primarily remote with one work day per week held on-site based in one of the following DCSA client offices: Ft. Meade, MD; Stafford, VA; Washington, DC based on which location is most convenient.
What you’ll be doing:
Design and develop statistical analyses, visualize the output of statistical models, present and interpret the output of predictive models, and perform quality assurance tasks on model code and output.
Identify important and interesting questions about large datasets, then translate those questions into concrete analytical tasks.
Build quantitative models with data, and communicate the results of those models to stakeholders
Help conceptualize, as well as perform, data analyses to summarize trends
Develop and execute database queries that in turn support developing/formatting modeling inputs
Requirements:
Active High level government clearance per government contract
Bachelor’s Degree
5 plus years of experience or equivalent working in the analytics and data science landscape combined with strong business acumen to identify, design, deploy, and sustain machine learning solutions
1 plus years of data preparation, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing; building and sustaining mathematical predictive models; and proficiency with sophisticated analytics tools, programming languages (SAS, R, Python, Java, Spark, Hadoop, Alteryx, SQL) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
1 plus years of experience in scripting HTML solutions
1 plus years of experience with HTML and geo-spatial mapping capabilities
