Cybersecurity Strategic Content Advisor

ICF is seeking a Cybersecurity Strategic Content Advisor to work on client site in Arlington, VA. As a Cybersecurity Strategic Content Advisor, you will lead a team of strategic content experts, support the development of the strategy and roadmap for the office, provide input for content and subject matter expertise for a program responsible for ensuring critical infrastructure protection and resilience.
What you will do:
Provide strategic content expertise support across the team and office
Partner with cyber planning and communications team and stakeholders to help shape cybersecurity content and strategies
Identify areas of innovation across the organization, including communications strategy, operations, and cross-team collaboration
Focus on strategic planning and facilitation
Identify emerging risks and trends which may impact and drive strategic planning and response
Develop workplans for approaches and conduct intake meetings to gather requirements
Advise teams on relevant and applicable content for internal and external messaging
Advise team on cyber impact and capabilities for planning and response strategies
What you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
10+ years’ experience in communications, planning and organizational planning
Project management experience with experience in a scrum type environment
Facilitation and presentation experience
U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position) SCI required
What would be good to have:
Experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably in high technology or science-based industries
Experience with cybersecurity communications and planning
Knowledge of cybersecurity strategy and policy at a national level
Experience working with DHS
Experience advising on cybersecurity content development and delivery
