Cyber Security Partner Strategist

ICF is seeking a Cyber Security Partner Strategist to work on client site in Arlington, VA. Our team is helping to secure and protect the Nation’s critical infrastructure resilience, so come join us in our largest cybersecurity and resilience communications, digital and creative efforts to date. 

As a Cyber Security Partner Strategist, you will work to advance cooperation across organizations and between cyber operations partners. You will aid the integration of partner cyber teams by providing guidance, resources, and collaboration to develop best practices and facilitate organizational support for achieving objectives in integrated cyber actions. You will work to expand and strengthen the relationships required to execute the cyber client's mission to become a world-class organization and a recognized leader in cyber and communications security community as well as provide Mission support unifying and building upon outreach and partner integration activities across the organization.

What you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity

  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems and security, or a related discipline

  • Knowledge of information security concepts, facilitating technologies and methods.

  • Knowledge of internal and external partner cyber operations capabilities and tools.

  • Knowledge of operations security.

  • Knowledge of organization cyber operations programs, strategies, and resources.

  • Knowledge of organization issues, objectives, and operations in cyber as well as regulations and policy directives governing cyber operations.

  • Knowledge of organization objectives, leadership priorities, and decision-making risks.

  • Knowledge of organization or partner exploitation of digital networks.

  • Knowledge of organization policies and planning concepts for partnering with internal and/or external organizations.

  • Knowledge of organizational hierarchy and cyber decision-making processes.

  • Knowledge of organizational planning concepts.

  •  U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position).

  • High level clearance required.

What would be nice to have:

• Experience communicating and collaborating in an inter-agency role

• Experience working with private sector stakeholders to influence actions or policy• Knowledge of current and emerging IT and cybersecurity strategies, policies and related doctrine in both federal and private sectors
