Cyber Portal Manager-Hybrid Remote

ICF is seeking a Cyber Portal Manager. Our team is helping to secure and protect the Nation’s critical infrastructure resilience, so come join us in our largest cybersecurity and resilience communications, digital and creative efforts to date.
The Cyber Portal Manager will be the primary administrator of the Homeland Security Information Network Cyber Portal account mailbox. This role supports twenty-six Communities of Interest across the organization and executes account management and tracking of all for the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) Cyber Portal account requests. This role will support HSIN platform development and analytics support.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Monitor and manage the CISA Cyber Portal mailbox. This requires working knowledge of MS Outlook and mailbox management (i.e., rules, organizations, folders)
- Process all Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) nominations based on stakeholder group or mission.
- Maintain a database of all account requests and assigned COI for tracking and situational awareness.
- Coordinate with HSIN Communities of Interest (COIs) administrators to ensure all request are received and are aligned correctly.
- Build foundational knowledge of COI areas to effectively triage requests and route to correct COI admin.
- Create general accounts within HSIN for all requests not attributed to a COI area.
- Review and improve current repository of SOPs, work instruction, fact sheets, guides, etc.
- Meet with organization teams to present recommendations to respective HSIN CISA Cyber Portal COIs and collect requirements for additional COI features.
- Troubleshoot and remediate any SharePoint issues with the HSIN CISA Cyber Portal COIs.
- Provide support to the next phase of HSIN platform development (R4) to include participation in working groups, testing, and requirements.
- Provide support to HSIN program compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- Provide analytics support to include HSIN data availability and track metrics to identify trends and potential issues.
What You Must Have:
- Experience providing customer service to a government agency or their customers.
- Experience in user account management and tracking of account status.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and organization within the platform
- High-level proficiency with Outlook (mailbox management, setting rules, creating folders)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- U.S. citizenship required (required by federal government for position)
- A High Levell Security Clearance is required.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$85,153.00 - $144,760.00
