Cyber Partner Agreement Manager

ICF is seeking a Cyber Partner Agreement Manager for a program responsible for ensuring critical infrastructure protection and resilience through effective collaboration between federal, private sector and academic entities.

The Cyber Partner Agreement Manager will track and manage documents such as MoUs and information sharing agreements between the cyber organization and its private industry partners.

What you will do:

  • Carry out complex assignments and activities, collaborating at all levels throughout the client agency while frequently reporting to the Section Chief on progress and accomplishments.

  • Initiate requests for partner agreements and manage customer on-boarding.

  • Track status to ensure situational awareness.

  • Coordinate with partners, stakeholders and customers to ensure all parties are aligned on actions and expectations.

  • Coordinate status of documents and reports, tracking clearance across several teams.

  • Collaborate closely with the Personnel Security Manager to ensure partner agency security clearances are on track and onboarding processes are completed.

  • Maintain a database of all incoming and outgoing documentation ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and secure.

What you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience providing programmatic support

  • Experience providing customer service to a government agency or their customers

  • Experience using a CRM system to track documentation

  • Ability to maintain data integrity to provide accurate status and automated reporting

  • Experience working across government and other organizations to meet goals and objectives

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project

  • U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position).

  • Active Secret security clearance required.

What would be nice to have:

  • BA/BS degree

  • Experience in the federal government sector

  • Experience supporting DHS programs or initiatives

  • Ability to apply knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, policies, and procedures is a plus

  • Customer service orientation with strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
