Costpoint Financial Systems Analyst
ICF is seeking a Costpoint Financial Systems Analyst who will report directly to the Financial Systems Director. The position is responsible for providing functional and operational system support for the Accounting and Finance discipline of Costpoint. The individual will coordinate with the Finance and Information Technology team and ensure delivery of process and systems solutions in line with the service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user functional support/troubleshooting and training for key areas of Costpoint:
- Financial architecture (Projects/Orgs/Accounts)
- Project setup, cost ceilings, billing, and revenue for different contract types
- Intercompany Work Order
- General Ledger
- Support the Financial Systems Director in maturing the Financial Systems team and processes
- Work with the Finance team to identify opportunities for system and process enhancements
- Provide support during system patching and upgrade projects
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- 3+ years overall experience in Deltek Costpoint in the functional areas with specific emphasis in the following:
- Experienced in functional end-user support administration and process improvement.
- Background in Government Contracting and demonstrates knowledge of CAS and FAR
- Expert skills in MS Office (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional Skills:
- Ability to communicate confidently and build meaningful internal and external relationships
- Comfortable working across Finance, IT, and Business Transformation teams to coordinate solutions
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering effective solutions and systems enhancements

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is
$62,802.00 - $106,763.00
