We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our HR team, supporting our Global compensation processes. This role is responsible for supporting compensation surveys, the ICF annual merit pay cycle, ICF’s recognition program, and routine reporting as needed.
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery, participation in all identified opportunities for improvement and also drive best practice.
Salary Surveys and Bench-marking:
Complete all salary surveys globally, with ICF data from Workday
Attend webinars conducted by vendor companies
Understand job matching guidelines with surveys to ensure appropriate data is reported
Process/track invoice payment for survey participation fees
Load final survey results into ICF’s compensation bench-marking tool
Assist in updating salary ranges where appropriate in bench-marking tool
Support ICF’s annual merit pay cycle in Workday
Complete standard/periodic reporting and analytics and annual reporting and analytics
Recognition Program Administration:
System support for recognition platform (i.e. budget maintenance)
Standard and ad hoc reporting upon request on utilization, status of budget, most rewarded team, etc.
Ensure high quality work and meet deliverable requirements/targets/timelines
Exhibit effective time/work management
Contribute to strengthen/expand stakeholder relationships on a global basis (including US, Europe & Asia HR teams)
Interact with the stakeholders/vendors and escalate issues as needed
Proactively propose process improvements by providing implementable solutions to manage process delivery.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work within multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams spread across several countries
Sound research and business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities, and manage a varied workload to achieve agreed deadlines without compromising quality or standards
Highly developed, interpersonal skills and self-motivation
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to demonstrate a can-do approach, as a problem solver and team player
5 years+ of compensation experience in high-growth companies;
Knowledge of Radford, WTW and other published surveys
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment.
Proactive, collaborative team member with excellent attention to detail and strong sense of urgency and follow through
Workday experience is preferred
Proficiency in MS-Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
