We’re looking for someone to support our ambitious and growing corporate communications program that is evolving as rapidly as we are. As a Communications Specialist, you will help build and maintain a multi-channel, integrated communications plan that drives our corporate brand. You will have a passion for storytelling, aligned with industry acumen, to help share how we make meaningful impact.
Support the management and execution of ICF’s corporate communications program and corporate brand strategy.
Support strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives aligned with our global business goals.
Help ensure a singular, compelling brand message across any medium required, including owned, earned, and paid channels.
Support our external communications activities such as public/media relations, awards, executive speaking opportunities, and more.
Help manage the execution of our most important internal corporate communications channels, programs, and systems, including corporate newsletters and email, the intranet, employee social platforms, plus digital and in-person events.
Contribute to a comprehensive internal and external editorial calendar, including the company blog that translates the complex work ICF does into memorable and emotionally relevant communications.
Support the internal and external communications for a highly active mergers & acquisitions program.
Track and measure our communication campaigns to help increase our effectiveness.
3+ years of experience executing communications plans.
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, various marketing, communication, and project management platforms, e.g., Sitecore, Asana, SharePoint, Poppulo, and Yammer.
An ability to forge a deep understanding of our customers and our culture to inform communications activities.
Possess a high bar for quality communications that inspire, create emotional connections and are culturally relevant.
Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas and concepts creatively and concisely.
Passion for finding new and creative ways to reach an audience; be equal parts strategic, creative, and analytical.
Drive to suggest, initiate, and execute new ideas and projects.
Ability to work across teams and departments in a highly collaborative way and a willingness to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
Project Management skills and able to juggle and organize multiple priorities in a highly detail-oriented way.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is
