Business Transformation Project Coordinator
ICF has undergone a significant amount of transformation over the past four years by implementing a variety of best-in-class tools and processes, as well as increasing our talent within our corporate areas. As the scope of our transformation initiatives has expanded, so has our need for project support.
The Business Transformation Office (BTO), and this Project Coordinator role specifically, sits at the intersection of our transformation initiatives. This is a unique role for someone early in their career that can also serve as a springboard for a future in the consulting industry. This role is an integral part of the BTO support team in ensuring ICF’s success toward accomplishing its transformation road map.
As the Transformation Project Coordinator, you will:
Be responsible for leading the development of transformation materials and updates provided to ICF’s board of directors, leadership team and elsewhere
Assist with prioritizing and following-up on key agile tasks across ICF transformation programs
Support the BTO team in consolidating project statuses for executive readouts and reporting
Consolidate transformation program statuses and developing status materials for monthly stakeholder updates
Interact with key leadership by collecting and providing status updates
Support the annual transformation program planning process
Work closely with and report into the Vice President, BTO
Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
Minimum two years of professional experience
Strong experience with Microsoft Products including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project
Nice to Haves:
Prior project coordination/management experience
Prior management consulting industry experience
Organized and detail-oriented
Excels in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, prioritize workflow and adjust to frequent workload fluctuations
Ability to work independently while also being a strong collaborator
Ability to effectively communicate to project stakeholders and matrixed teams
