Business Development - Mission Services, Technology Solutions (MSTS)

ICF is seeking an experienced growth leader to support its Mission Services, Technology Solutions (MSTS) Division The successful candidate will be called upon to drive & collaborate on growing business within the MSTS business areas.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Identify, develop, and mature a pipeline of opportunities
Drive business growth, build and manage sales pipelines, conduct customer development, and create/manage strategic partnerships.
Support the full lifecycle of business development and capture activities to position firm to bid and win large (i.e., >$2-20M), single award opportunities
Nurture & sustain customer relationships that align with market growth and business development objectives
Attend and represent ICF at conferences and industry events
Work with line leaders to develop technical solutions and approaches to winning new business across multiple capability areas (i.e. – justice research and victim services, housing and community development, and workforce innovation, poverty solutions, emergency preparedness, & capacity building etc.)
Work collaboratively with other enterprise resources to achieve successful execution of growth strategies.
Strong growth acumen; 5+ years’ experience in the Federal and State and Local market; with specific experience to include but not limited to DOL, HHS, HUD, & DOJ
Source opportunities and drive business development and capture efforts on opportunities with values >$2-20M; Experience successfully shaping requirements and building acquisition strategies
Lead consortium/teaming efforts
Experienced with both presentation and communication skills; Must have experience authoring white papers, responding to RFI’s and other presentation materials that successfully positions the firm
Demonstrate success developing and presenting complex ideas to executive audiences and effectively articulating customer positions, status and strategies to senior management in a clear, concise and decisive manner
Identify opportunities for program growth and actively propose and pursue appropriate enhancements and changes
Relevant and current knowledge of federal, and state and local customers (mission, program, and acquisition offices)
Experience building, executing client call plans & shaping strategies; must be willing to work as part of a collaborative market team
Ability to lead/support business intelligence and market analysis
Demonstrated ability to support several complex projects simultaneously
Proven experience building a viable, new business task order funnel
Excellent business development skills with the ability to easily work across many diverse organizations
Advanced Degree in Business
10+ years of experience with DOL, HHS, HUD, & DOJ clients
Direct access to FEDCIV and state and local customers in support of key mission areas
