Associate Resource Manager
We’re currently hiring for an Associate Resource Manager in either our Minneapolis or Chicago office.
As an Associate Resource Manager, you will:
Support the Resource Management team in the day to day staffing assignments across the organization
Learn talent skillsets and recommend assignments that best match to project needs
Review forecast and historical data to support staffing recommendations, new hires and peaks and valleys in the work.
Support the Resource Management team in special projects and annual initiatives like skill assessment and reporting enhancements
As an Associate Resource Manager, you will have:
Ability to work In a fast-paced environment with ever changing needs and requests
Understanding of the digital and technology spaces and how good work is produced
A problem solving approach, a passion for talent engagement and an understanding of the agency business model
2+ years of experience in resource management, project management or talent operations (HR, recruiting, etc) within the marketing/advertising/technology/consulting space
