As an Associate Copywriter, you will:
Brainstorm ideas and concepts
Write clear, persuasive, original copy across a variety of clients
Work collaboratively in a close-knit holistic creative partnership with an art director, designer and account team to generate unique concepts and ideas
Work closely with the creative director to build and finalize idea presentations before sharing with clients
Learn to become adept at optimizing ideas for earned media success
Amend, revise or redeveloping campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or clients
Work on several campaigns at once, often to very tight deadlines
Keep up to date with popular culture and trends
As an Associate Copywriter, you will have:
1+ years of experience, preferably in an agency setting
A strong portfolio of past conceptual work
Proven creative writing skills
Experience writing for multiple platforms
Ability to comprehend, create and adhere to clear brand specific guidelines
The ability to balance multiple projects successfully
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels as well as within a team
Ability to receive critical feedback and provide revisions accordingly
