We’re currently hiring for a Senior Account Executive focused on healthcare and pharma to join our growing integrated communications team.
As an Associated Account Director/Senior Account Executive, you will:
Act as day-to-day client contact for various projects and programs
Be responsible for several ongoing activities touching both internal and external communications
Develop and implement internal- and external-facing campaigns and related communications materials such as press releases, website copy, social media copy and employee communications
Support various internal communications channels including intranet, employee events, culture initiatives and employee engagement opportunities
Create and implement media relations and thought leadership strategies focused on targeted trade, business and national media
Contribute to communications strategy planning and development
Fully understand relevant aspects of our clients’ business, track healthcare and pharma industry trends and generate new ideas to solve communication challenges
Collaborate on a regular basis with team members across multiple functions and practice areas within the agency
You will need to:
Demonstrate a record of success in executing media relations and internal communications campaigns
Be comfortable working directly with senior-level/c-suite clients
Exhibit excellent written and verbal skills, with strong presentation skills
Excel at building client and colleague relationships
Demonstrate a basic understanding of reputation and issues management
Be a versatile team player who enjoys collaboration and complex problem solving
Be flexible and solutions-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Have a serious work ethic, but not take yourself too seriously
Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in public relations, corporate communications or other closely related field
Have a four-year college degree in a relevant field of study
