We are actively looking for an Art Director to join our team in support of leading and creating multi-channel content within the multicultural space with a concentration on our African American and Hispanic/Latino audiences.
In this role you would lead the create development and execution of content that would educate audiences on such topics as COVID-19, diabetes, heart disease, tobacco use cessation, sickle cell disease, opioid misuse prevention and more -- truly meaning work!
As an Art Director, you will:
Support public- and private-sector clients who tackle issues like HIV/AIDS, disaster preparedness, human trafficking, climate change, child welfare, public health and chronic conditions.
Educate audiences about diabetes, heart disease, tobacco use cessation, sickle cell disease, opioid misuse prevention and more.
Create multi-channel content within the multicultural space with a concentration on our African American and Hispanic/Latinx audiences.
Think conceptually and strategically while integrating multicultural lens
Work effectively across multiple platforms including digital and social media
As an Art Director, you will have:
7+ years experience as an art director, preferably within an agency environment.
A bachelor’s degree in visual communications or equivalent experience in a related field.
Demonstrated experience creating campaigns and materials focused on multicultural communities, particularly African American and Hispanic/Latinx audiences.
A portfolio that shows strong design and brand development experience across mediums
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and strive to stay current in level of knowledge and abilities.
