Our team is growing and seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a team that is managing the oversight of construction progress across Puerto Rico municipalities. This position will be hybrid - working in our office in metro San Juan and remote from home.

What you will do:
Perform a variety of responsible, confidential and complex administrative and organizational functions in support of the City Revitalization Program staff
Develop and maintain project templates used for administrative tasks
Create and edit correspondence documents, reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Establish and lead project document control efforts
Assist with calendaring and scheduling appointments and meetings
Gather/organize agendas for meetings. Gather/organize information on project activities and for reports.
Assist with managing office supply inventory and assist team members with office and travel logistics
Support project management team with logistics, ICF corporate coordination, invoicing and other duties
Bachelor's degree from executive secretarial or business school
4+ years of experience in federal related program
Must have fluent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual Spanish and English
Current residence in Puerto Rico
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel with strong keyboard skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, organize time effectively
High level of accuracy and discretion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility of schedule and able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
